Hampstead House guarantees you must be satisfied with your items* or return them within 30 days for a full item refund.
*DVDs & CDs must be in original, unopened wrapping.
If you decide not to keep your books simply return them to us at our showroom or by post at your expense and we will promptly credit your card for the value of these items. We suggest you re-use the packaging in which they arrive. This will save you time and will, we hope, be more convenient.
If you receive the wrong book or if any item is damaged we would like to correct the situation as soon as possible. Please call, e-mail or fax us and we will make arrangements for a replacement item to be shipped at no extra charge to you.
